Septic Systems

Septic installations have become a big part of our business over the years. Today, many new home sites are challenged by steep terrain and difficult soil types. Being well acquainted with these issues, we work closely with county inspectors and system designers to get the proper system installed in the best possible location on the property.

We also offer replacement and repair on existing systems to bring them up to proper code or to bring a failing system back into working order.

We are certified with Orenco Systems Inc. to install Advantex Filtration Systems, sand filtration, pressure dose, standard type gravity flow and any combination of these types of systems.

We have completed a State certification program with the National Association of Wastewater Transporters, Inc. Olenders Excavating is now certified to perform the Annual Sand Filter Inspections required by Placer County. Our Certification number is #10968. We will be continuing our education in this area to better serve our customers.

We are also found on Lindbloom Septic Designs preferred installers list and the Placer County Environmental Health Departments preferred installers list.
